Referral Program Rules & Regulations:
- Eligibility: Existing or former One-Stop internet customers in good standing are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Qualified Referral: A qualified referral is defined as a new One-Stop internet customer who signs up for service and mentions the referring customer’s name at the time of signup. The referred customer must not have had an active One-Stop internet account within the past 12 months.
- Referral Submission: Referrals must be made before the referred customer signs up for service. Retroactive referrals will not be accepted.
- Reward: The referring customer will receive a $50 gift card to a local business of their choice after the referred customer’s internet service has been installed and remains active for at least 30 days.
- Gift Card Selection: The referring customer must provide their preferred locally owned business for the gift card within 30 days of the referred customer’s service activation. One-Stop reserves the right to substitute a gift card to a different local business if the requested business is unavailable or unwilling to participate.
- No Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.
- No Spamming: Referrers must not engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited marketing to promote the referral program.
- Program Changes: One-Stop reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
- Disputes: In the event of any dispute regarding the referral program, One-Stop’s decision shall be final.
- Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or providing false information, will result in disqualification and may be subject to further legal action.
