It was a fantastic and fun-filled day at “Free Wheeling Day” today! A couple members of our team really enjoyed connecting with local 4th graders, sharing the exciting world of fiber and wireless internet. The kids were engaged as we offered hands-on experiences, from exploring one of our all-electric vehicles to trying on our tower climbing harnesses and exploring fiber cables. It was a wonderful opportunity to spark their curiosity about technology. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Exceptionsl customer service should be recognized and complimented. This morning I had an outage that seemed to be in my personal system. I called your service number and the representive quickly identified that it was probably in my receiver. He made arrangements for a service man to come out and within 2 hours a One Stop truck was here and quickly identified that my roof top antenna had broken and was able to replace it. My Wifi service is important to me so the quick service was much appreciated. Everything was quick, very knowlegable and courteous. THANKS!
