Last night’s powerful storms caused a service interruption for a small number of our customers in the Belleville area. A direct lightning strike damaged several of the power sources on our local tower.
We know how vital your internet connection is, and our team’s first priority was to get you back online. As soon as the lightning subsided and it was safe for our crew, they were on-site and climbing the tower. They worked tirelessly through the night, despite the challenging conditions, to restore service as quickly as possible.
