Happy 5th Anniversary to our roots! 

Five years ago today, Mifflin County Wireless was officially born from a simple idea: to provide our community with great internet service from local people who care. We’re so proud of that journey and grateful for everyone who has supported us from day one.

That founding mission has only grown stronger since we joined forces with One-Stop Communications at the beginning of 2024. A true merger to bring two great local teams together so the same dedicated staff you’ve always known from both companies could offer you even more services and support.

Thank you for being with us from the beginning. We’re proud of our past and excited to continue growing with you as One-Stop Internet .

Exciting Day for Downtown Lewistown

It was an exciting day for Lewistown! We were thrilled to see our community recognized as a “Main Street Matters” designee. This is a huge win for our town and a testament to the hard work of so many. It was great to have Governor Shapiro in town to celebrate this achievement with us. We’re proud to be part of this community and look forward to a bright future for Lewistown!
 

The Goose is Finally Home

Since 2020, the Town Goose has been a familiar landmark on Market Street. After spending a few wonderful years near 5 points, it was time for a little migration.
 
Last week, our feathered friend took a short flight down the block and has officially made its final landing right in front of our office!
 
The goose is finally home. Come say hi next time you’re downtown!
 
This special move wouldn’t have been possible without the support from Community Partnerships and Penn State Construction, J&D LLC. A huge thank you to both of them for their help with this project and for bringing our goose home!

Kyle’s dedication might be dramatized for the camera, but the spirit of his mission is what our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team is all about. Many of you know us for internet, phone, and tv, but we wanted to finally shine a spotlight on the heroic work our MSP division does behind the scenes.
 
So, what’s an MSP? It means we’re your dedicated, on-call IT department, handling everything from everyday support to, well… game day emergencies.
 
We had a blast creating this “Office”-inspired short film to show the lengths we’ll go to for our clients. Check out the full Director’s Cut here!

Update for Our Belleville Customers

Last night’s powerful storms caused a service interruption for a small number of our customers in the Belleville area. A direct lightning strike damaged several of the power sources on our local tower.
 
 
We know how vital your internet connection is, and our team’s first priority was to get you back online. As soon as the lightning subsided and it was safe for our crew, they were on-site and climbing the tower. They worked tirelessly through the night, despite the challenging conditions, to restore service as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption. While we can’t control the weather, we can control our response. Our commitment is to react with speed and dedication to keep you connected. We’re incredibly proud of our crew for their hard work and commitment last night.
