“Miller Cinema is preparing to celebrate its 76th Anniversary! We opened on April 1, 1949, with Take Me Out to the Ballgame, starring Frank Sinatra and Gene Kelly. We’re the only continuously operating movie theater in Mifflin County. Lewistown once boasted five theaters, but we are the sole survivor. Miller Cinema is proud to provide movies and entertainment to our community. We’ve even added a party room, available for children’s birthday parties. For generations, families and friends have gathered at Miller Cinema to create lasting memories. If you haven’t visited us recently, come see what’s new! One-Stop Internet provides the high-speed internet we need for seamless operations. We appreciate their friendly and helpful staff, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure the show goes on. Join us on April 1st at 6:30 pm for a special screening of Take Me Out to the Ballgame. Free admission to those wearing their favorite team’s baseball attire. See you at the movies!”
